Nobias Media Underwrites $120 Million Bond for Jakota Group, Expanding Operations through Nobias European Studios

December 29, 2023, Luxembourg, -- Nobias Media S.à r.l., an investment firm specialized in media, entertainment and financial services sectors, acted as the lead underwriter and arranger for US$120,000,000 bond issued by Jakota Group (www.jakotaindex.com) through its Luxembourg based subsidiary IMMO Prime SA.

The deal remains subject to several conditions subsequent, and upon those conditions being met Nobias Media S.à r.l. will be used solely as the holding company for the newly issued bonds and will conduct all its operations and other investment activities through Nobias European Studios S.A., a fully owned subsidiary.
