Nobias Media Arranged EUR 8.7 Million Worth of Transactions with Luxury Real Estate in Lisbon

Nobias Media, a Luxembourg-domiciled and Lisbon-headquartered investment firm with a focus on servicing cross border capital flows into media and entertainment space, has arranged for three unrelated real estate transactions this year assisting its international customers with acquisition of flagship commercial and mixed use (commercial/residential) facilities in Lisbon, Portugal. Those investments have been made by Nobias’ clients as the way to setup their long-term presence in Lisbon for their various commercial and private activities, the latest transaction has closed on September 11, 2023 in Lisbon.

The deals arranged and partially financed by Nobias Media through syndication of the third-party financing included among others the purchase of the premium office space on Avenida de Liberdade, the most prestigious commercial location in Lisbon, and a historical monument building in Alfama, Central Lisbon.

Nobias Media has been advised by Pragma Law firm and worked with Millennium BCP as its primary bankers for those transactions.
