Nobias Media SA Exits Youngtimers AG

June 27, 2024, Lisbon – Zurich, Nobias Media SA, a Luxembourg based investment firm, has exited its investment in Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed (YTME: SWX) specialist mid-market investment firm. Nobias Media SA, until recently over 20% shareholder of Youngtimers AG, has exited its investment completely as of today as the part of overall business and leadership changes in Youngtimers and Nobias Media’s own shift of focus towards special situation, control and negative control investments in media and entertainment space in Europe, specifically in Portugal where Nobias Media owns and operates Nobias European Studios SA.
