Nobias Media Takes Ownership Interest in Youngtimers AG

Nobias Media SarL, a Luxembourg investment holding company specialized on control and joint control investments in the global media and ecommerce space, has acquired 27.54% ownership interest in Youngtimers AG, a Swiss-listed investment firm. This investment is made as the part of the Nobias’ portfolio rebalancing and legacy investment strategy and financed without any use or recourse to the funds raised by Nobias Media through EUR 50,000,000 bond placement in July 2022.
