Prosta 51. A group of shareholders entitled to elect a member of the Supervisory Board through group voting at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Gremi Media S.A., acting pursuant to Article 385 § 3 of the Commercial Companies Code, hereby appointed Mr. Ricardo da Silva Oliveira to the Company's Supervisory Board.
